Joint Ventures
Work With Us
We are open to joint ventures, including Co-GP relationships, where the property, business plan, and responsibilities are a good fit.
Start With the Opportunity
We welcome conversations with owners, operators, and sponsors about flex warehouse, industrial, mixed-use, and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) opportunities.
Share the property, proposed business plan, your role, and the contribution you would seek from a partner.
